O FENÔMENO SHITSTORM E O SEU POTENCIAL DE VIOLAÇÃO DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS NA SOCIEDADE PÓS-MODERNA
A internet mudou a forma de comunicação das pessoas. Atualmente, basta ter em mãos um smartphone que já se pode expor tudo o que pensa e comentar sobre diversos assuntos e conteúdos espalhados pelas redes sociais sem levar em conta o problema que isso pode causar. Assim essa facilidade de comunicação possibilita inúmeras desvantagens, visto que os discursos de ódio e preconceito ganharam força na sociedade. Nesse sentido, a avaliação das consequências das campanhas difamatórias e o impacto dessas ações na vida das pessoas envolvidas se faz necessário, pois situações assim podem levar a ocorrências e prejuízos às pessoas atingidas em decorrência de seu descontentamento no meio digital. O objetivo geral desse estudo é analisar os riscos do fenômeno Shitstorm na violação dos direitos humanos. Para o alcance do objetivo geral, foram elencados os seguintes objetivos específicos: discutir acerca do discurso de ódio e de intolerância e o fenômeno Shitstorm; revisar e discorrer sobre direitos humanos e discriminação; conceituar e entender os crimes de ódio praticados na internet e suas características; e analisar o papel do Estado no combate à discriminação na internet. Em função dos procedimentos metodológicos, este trabalho se alicerça em um estudo qualitativo do tipo explicativo, quanto aos objetivos a pesquisa é do tipo exploratória e quanto aos procedimentos técnicos, a pesquisa é do tipo bibliográfica e foi utilizado informações de sites, livros e artigos científicos. Para tanto, recorrer-se-á aos bancos de dados do Google Acadêmico e CAPES. Conclui-se que o fenômeno Shitstorm é uma realidade que se faz presente no meio digital e que pode impactar negativamente a vida dos atingidos.

Abstract:
The internet has changed the way people communicate. Currently, just having a smartphone in hand, you can now expose everything you think and comment on various subjects and content spread across social networks without taking into account the problem that this can cause. Thus, this ease of communication allows numerous disadvantages, since hate speech and prejudice have gained strength in society. In this sense, the assessment of the consequences of defamatory campaigns and the impact of these actions on the lives of the people involved is necessary, as situations like this can lead to occurrences and damages to the people affected as a result of their discontent in the digital environment. The general objective of this study is to analyze the risks of the Shitstorm phenomenon in the violation of human rights. In order to reach the general objective, the following specific objectives were listed: discuss about hate speech and intolerance and the Shitstorm phenomenon; review and discourse on human rights and discrimination; conceptualize and understand hate crimes practiced on the internet and their characteristics; and analyze the role of the State in combating discrimination on the internet. Due to the methodological procedures, this work is based on a qualitative study of the explanatory type, regarding the objectives the research is of the exploratory type and regarding the technical procedures, the research is of the bibliographic type and information from websites, books and scientific articles was used. . For this, we will use the Google Scholar and CAPES databases. It is concluded that the Shitstorm phenomenon is a reality that is present in the digital environment and that can negatively impact the lives of those affected.
