O FEMINICÍDIO E A FRUSTRAÇÃO DO DIREITO DE VIVER DA MULHER NEGRA BRASILEIRA
Contemporaneamente, um olhar para o direito de viver da mulher negra deve ser o novo objeto de luta da sociedade. A violência contra a mulher negra é a manifestação mais perversa da desigualdade de gênero e raça. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi verificar o crescimento do feminicídio praticado contra Mulheres Negras e Mulheres Não-Negras, no lapso temporal de 2000 a 2017, em nível de Brasil. Este estudo trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, de cunho quantitativo, sendo que a coleta de dados se dará por meio da plataforma virtual do Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (IPEA). Como resultados, foi possível contabilizar 43.042 (quarenta e três mil e quarenta e dois) crimes de feminicídios praticados no território brasileiro, contra mulheres negras, entre os anos de 2000 a 2017. Verificou-se também, que os casos de feminicídios raciais no Brasil apresentaram um aumento percentual de 99,51% se comparados os anos de 2000 com 2017, constatando a gravidade e o aumento descontrolado desta manifestação violenta e inadmissível contra a população feminina negra.

Abstract:
At the same time, looking at the black woman’s right to live must be the new object of society’s struggle. Violence against black women is the most perverse manifestation of gender and race inequality. The objective of this research was to verify the growth of feminicide practiced against Black Women and Non-Black Women, in the time span from 2000 to 2017, in Brazil. This study is a bibliographic and documentary research, of a quantitative nature, and the data collection will take place through the virtual platform of the Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA). As a result, it was possible to account for 43,042 (forty-three thousand and forty-two) crimes of feminicide committed in the Brazilian territory, against black women, between the years 2000 to 2017.
It was also found that the cases of racial femicides in Brazil showed a percentage increase of 99.51% compared to the years 2000 with 2017, confirming the seriousness and uncontrolled increase of this violent and inadmissible manifestation against the black female population. -
