O ESTRESSE DO ENFERMEIRO NO SETOR DE URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
O setor de urgência e emergência é um ambiente destinado ao atendimento de pacientes gravemente feridos e instáveis, que geralmente chega ao ambiente hospitalar, em estados emergenciais e sua complexidade é considerada alta. Apesar de toda a dinâmica e adrenalina, existe vários fatores que podem atrapalhar a rotina desse setor, tais como infraestrutura, falta de equipamentos, dupla jornada de profissionais, fatores psicológicos e emocionais, entre outros. Objetivou-se identificar na literatura o que se tem publicado na língua portuguesa e inglesa sobre os fatores que induzem o estresse a equipe de enfermagem que atuam no setor de urgência e emergência. Trata-se de um estudo do tipo de revisão da literatura, guiado pela seguinte questão norteadora: quais os fatores que influenciam no estresse do enfermeiro, no setor de Urgência e Emergência? O levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado no período de 29 de março de 2021, nas seguintes bases de dados: SCIELO, Google acadêmico e Revista de Enfermagem. Do total de quarenta artigos encontrados, seis foram excluídos pela leitura do título e vinte e um pela leitura do resumo. Dos nove artigos selecionados para a leitura na íntegra, apenas três foram incluídos no corpus de análise desse artigo. Os artigos analisados destacam quanto é frequente o estresse o enfermeiro no ambiente de Urgência e Emergência. Destaca-se como fatores de risco para o estresse nesse ambiente a carga de trabalho, plantões noturnos, menor a idade, mais tempo na instituição, sexo feminino.

Abstract:
The urgency and emergency sector is an environment intended for the care of seriously injured and unstable patients, who usually arrive at the hospital environment, in emergency states and its complexity is considered high. The objective was to identify in the literature what has been published in Portuguese and English on the factors that induce stress in the nursing team working in the urgency and emergency sector. This is a literature review type study, guided by the following guiding question: what are the factors that influence nurses' stress in the Urgent and Emergency sector? The bibliographic survey was carried out on March 29, 2021, in the following databases: SCIELO, Google academic and Revista de Enfermagem. Of the forty articles found, six were excluded by reading the title and twenty-one by reading the abstract. Of the nine articles selected for full reading, only three were included in the analysis corpus of this article. The analyzed articles highlight how frequent stress is on nurses in the Urgent and Emergency environment. The workload, night shifts, younger age, longer time in the institution, female sex, stand out as risk factors for stress in this environment.
