O ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO, AS CONCEPÇÕES DE ESCOLA E AÇÃO DOCENTE: RELAÇÕES IMBRICADAS COM A PESQUISA E A INTERVENÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA
Este artigo é resultado dos estudos da disciplina de Prática de Ensino e Pesquisa sob a forma de Estágio Supervisionado I, do Curso de Pedagogia da Unioeste – Francisco Beltrão – PR, em curso neste ano de 2019, que tem como objetivo geral analisar e compreender os condicionantes que envolvem a organização do trabalho pedagógico e administrativo nas instituições de Educação básica e suas implicações para o processo educativo/formativo. Desenvolve-se como uma reflexão sobre a identidade do Pedagogo e sua atuação no espaço escolar, para dar conta da função social da escola. Discorre sobre a importância do pensar e agir docente no contexto educacional, e o olhar do Pedagogo, considerando o “irredutível pedagógico”: a relação entre professor e aluno em condição de aprendizagem. Partindo das contribuições de alguns autores e suas perspectivas de estudo, discute-se sobre os pressupostos ideológicos presentes nas teorias da educação, os quais lhes conferem uma concepção autoritária ou democrática no âmbito institucional e nas práticas pedagógicas. Desse modo, apresenta-se uma alternativa de escola com a concepção democrática e dialética, a pedagogia dos modelos sociopolíticos, a qual configura o ensino voltado para apropriação dos saberes culturais e conhecimentos científicos historicamente acumulados e socializados às classes populares, para sua emancipação humana e transformação das relações antidemocráticas na sociedade. Conclui-se que estes estudos na disciplina de Estagio Supervisionado I, neste ano de 2019, prepara-nos para a intervenção pedagógica através do Plano de Ação, a ser desencadeado após as observações, nas escolas de educação básica.

Abstract:
This article is the result of studies in the discipline of Teaching and Research Practice in the form of Supervised Internship I, from the Pedagogy Course of Unioeste - Francisco Beltrão - PR, in course this year 2019, which has the general objective of analyzing and understanding the conditions that involve the organization of pedagogical and administrative work in basic education institutions and their implications for the educational / training process. It develops as a reflection on the identity of the Pedagogue and his performance in the school space, to account for the social function of the school. It discusses the importance of thinking and acting as a teacher in the educational context, and the Pedagogue's view, considering the “irreducible pedagogical”: the relationship between teacher and student in a learning condition. Starting from the contributions of some authors and their perspectives of study, the ideological assumptions present in the theories of education are discussed, which give them an authoritarian or democratic conception in the institutional scope and in the pedagogical practices. In this way, a school alternative with a democratic and dialectical concept is presented, the pedagogy of socio-political models, which configures teaching aimed at the appropriation of cultural knowledge and scientific knowledge historically accumulated and socialized to popular classes, for their human emancipation and transformation of anti-democratic relations in society. It is concluded that these studies in the discipline of Supervised Internship I, in this year 2019, prepare us for the pedagogical intervention through the Action Plan, to be triggered after the observations, in the schools of basic education.
