O ESTADO DO CONHECIMENTO SOBRE O ENSINO DE CIÊNCIAS: A PRODUÇÃO EM PERIÓDICOS CIENTÍFICOS
A importância do ensino de Ciências
Naturais em todos os níveis de escolaridade
tem sido objeto de discussão em diversos
trabalhos desenvolvidos no contexto brasileiro.
Nesse particular, a escola e o ensino de ciências
cumprem um papel importante, pois trabalham
para a conscientização sobre as relações do
homem com a natureza. Nosso trabalho tem
como objetivo observar a quantidade e tipos de
trabalhos que abordam o ensino de Ciências
Naturais durante 2005 a 2014. Para isso,
centraremos nossa atenção na captura, seleção,
leitura e análise de produções, realizando um
mapeamento dos trabalhos que abordam o
ensino de Ciências Naturais, produzidos em
periódicos (revistas) científicos entre 2005
a 2014. O critério da amostra considerou a
especialidade do periódico em torno do tema,
assim como sua classificação pela CAPES nas
categorias qualis A e B. É preciso ressaltar que
o início da veiculação das revistas varia, fato
que influenciou na quantidade de obras que
cada uma apresenta. Analisando as revistas
que veiculam ensino de ciências, observa-se
que é baixo o número de publicações, constatase a grande deficiência na área, focos diversos
com diferentes níveis de escolarização - do
fundamental ao superior-. Nota-se também que
a maior parte dos trabalhos estão voltados para
o ensino básico e temáticas como Práticas de
Ensino são bastante abordadas. Concluímos
que ainda existe grande deficiência de
trabalhos sobre ensino de ciências em algumas
temáticas que são de grande importância,
como por exemplo, inclusão, as TICs, formação
continuada de professores, percepção de
alunos, entre outros.

Abstract:
The importance of teaching
Natural Sciences in all levels of schooling has
been the subject of discussion in several works
developed in the Brazilian context. In this regard, school and science education play an
important role, as they work to raise awareness of the relationship between man and
nature. Our work aims to observe the quantity and types of papers that approach the
teaching of Natural Sciences during 2005 to 2014. For this, we will focus our attention
on the capture, selection, reading and analysis of productions, performing a mapping
of the works that approach teaching of natural sciences, produced in scientific journals
between 2005 and 2014. The criterion of the sample considered the specialty of the
journal around the subject, as well as its classification by CAPES in the categories A
and B. It is necessary to emphasize that the beginning of the The number of journals
varies, a fact that influenced the amount of works each one presents. Analyzing the
journals that transmit science teaching, it is observed that the number of publications
is low, there is a great deficiency in the area, several focuses with different levels of
schooling - from fundamental to higher. It is also noted that most of the works are
focused on basic education and thematic as Teaching Practices are quite addressed.
We conclude that there is still a great lack of work on science teaching in some subjects
that are of great importance, such as inclusion, ICTs, continuing teacher training,
student perception, among others.
