O ENSINO SOBRE ENERGIAS RENOVÁVEIS NOS CURSOS DE GRADUAÇÃO EM ENGENHARIA ELÉTRICA NAS UNIVERSIDADES BRASILEIRAS
Este artigo apresenta um estudo do
ensino sobre Energias Renováveis nos cursos
de graduação em Engenharia Elétrica nas
Universidades Brasileiras. Com o aumento da
inserção destas fontes renováveis no Brasil,
principalmente após a resolução 482/12,
houve um intenso crescimento de empresas
neste segmento o que demanda profissionais
capacitados, principalmente de Engenheiros
Eletricistas. Além disso, apenas o ensino
convencional dos cursos de graduação não é
suficiente para atender esta demanda, visto que
requerem conhecimentos específicos. Desta
forma, foi avaliado o ensino sobre Energias
Renováveis, nos cursos de Engenharia
Elétrica, em 278 das principais Universidades
brasileiras classificadas no Ranking da Folha.
Como resultado, constatou-se que 43,88%
dos cursos não ofertam disciplinas na área e
que o percentual da carga horária total média
do curso de Engenharia Elétrica destinado ao
ensino de Energias Renováveis é de apenas
1,10% (2,02% quando consideradas apenas
as instituições que ofertam disciplinas nesta
área). Sendo assim, nota-se uma fragilidade na
formação dos profissionais da área.

Abstract:
This article presents a study of
the teaching about renewable energy in the
undergraduate courses in electrical engineering
in the Brazilian universities. With the increase
in the insertion of these renewable sources in
Brazil, mainly after resolution 482/12, there
was an intense growth of companies in this
sector, which demands qualified professionals,
mainly of electrical engineers. In addition, only
the conventional teaching of undergraduate
courses is not sufficient to meet this demand,
since they require specific knowledge. In this
way, the teaching about renewable energy was
evaluated in the electrical engineering courses,
in 278 of the main Brazilian universities classified
in the Folha Ranking. As a result, it was found that 43,88% of the courses do not offer courses in the area and that the percentage of
the average total workload of the electrical engineering course destined to the teaching
of renewable energy is only 1,10% (2,02% when considering only those institutions
offering courses in this area). Thus, there is a weakness in the training of professionals
in this area
