O ENSINO RELIGIOSO E SUA RELAÇÃO ENTRE OS DIREITOS HUMANOS E A DIVERIDADE RELIGIOSA.
Este trabalho apresenta uma discussão sobre os percursos históricos e legais do Ensino Religioso sob a ótica dos direitos humanos para promoção da igualdade religiosa. Tem por objetivo refletir sobre as concepções do Ensino Religioso e os desafios que se configuram sua implantação no cenário da Educação em Direitos Humanos para promoção da tolerância entre as diversas religiões. Utilizamos como base teórica as leituras das teorias críticas e pós críticas. Como metodologia fizemos uso pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho bibliográfico que comtemplou dissertações e teses acadêmicas, livros das ciências das religiões, leitura e análise dos documentos oficias e leituras de periódicos acadêmicos. Algumas obras referenciadas foram Cecchetti (2016), Freitas (2018), Santos (2019), Almeida e Reis (2018), Tosi (2005), Boaventura de Souza Santos (2014), Freire (1987) entre outras. O campo de estudo das Ciências das Religiões, torna-se um desafio mediante posturas e propostas curriculares tradicionais. O diálogo inter-religioso favorece o respeito à diversidade cultural e religiosa.

Abstract:
This paper presentes a discussion on the historical and legal paths of religious edication from the perspective of humam rights to promote religious equality. It aims to reflect on the concepts of Religious Education and the challengs that are configured in the challenges that are configured in the Human Rights Education scenario to promote tolerance among diferente religions. We use as a theoretical basis the readings of critical and post-critical theories. As methodology we used qualitative research, of bibliographic nature that contemplated dissertations and academic theses, books of the sciences of religions, reading and analysis of oficial documents and reading and analysis of official documents and readings of academic journals. Some referenced works were Cecchetti (2016), Freitas (2018), Santos (2019), Almeida e Reis (2018), Tosi (2005), Boaventura de Souza Santos (2014), Freire (1987) among others. The field of study of Sciences of Religions, becomes a challeng througt traditional curricular postures and proposals. Interreligions dialogue favors respect for cultural and religious diversity.
