O ENSINO JURÍDICO NAS ESCOLAS DE ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL E MÉDIO: UMA ANÁLISE DO CONHECIMENTO JURÍDICO PARA A FORMAÇÃO SOCIAL, EDUCACIONAL, MORAL E ÉTICO
A pesquisa aqui relatada valeuse
de revisão bibliográfica e aplicação de
questionários e tem como objeto analisar o
grau de conhecimento jurídico de crianças e
adolescentes do ensino público da cidade de
Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, a fim de
que possam ser identificados métodos para
a implantação do ensino jurídico na grade
curricular dos mesmos. A implantação de
noções de direito, ética e cidadania visa fazer
com que esses jovens se tornem mais críticos
e participantes nas ações da sociedade. A
pesquisa procurou entender a realidade sócio
jurídica das escolas e por extensão o que
precisa ser realizado a fim de que o ensino
possa ser melhorado, bem como procurou
indicar soluções para o progresso da educação
e formação de jovens que busquem seus
direitos e lutem por um ambiente mais justo e
harmonioso.

Abstract:
The research reported here drew
on literature review and questionnaires and aims
at analyzing the degree of legal knowledge of
children and adolescents in the public schools
of the city of Campo Grande, Mato Grosso
do Sul, so that methods can be identified for
the implementation of legal education in the
curriculum of the same. The implementation
of notions of law, ethics and citizenship aims
to ensure that these young people to become
more critical and participating in the company’s
shares. The research sought to understand the
socio-legal schools and by extension reality
that needs to be done so that teaching can
be improved, as well as attempted to indicate
solutions for the advancement of education
and training of young people seeking their
rights and fight for a more just and harmonious
environment.
