O ENSINO JURÍDICO EM UMA PERSPECTIVA WARATIANA
O estudo tem o intuito de refletir sobre o ensino jurídico, levando em consideração as discussões já levantadas por Warat, na década de 70. Dessa forma, se estabelece como problema de pesquisa, o seguinte questionamento: Quais serão os rumos do ensino jurídico no Brasil, a partir de uma perspectiva waratiana? O trabalho objetiva analisar as mazelas do ensino jurídico, no Brasil, fundado nas concepções de Luis Alberto Warat. O aprofundamento teórico pauta-se em pesquisa bibliográfica, apoiando-se em um método dedutivo. Hoje, no ensino jurídico, se discute a introdução de metodologias ativas para transformar o acadêmico do Curso de Direito em agente de seu próprio aprendizado, visando estimular a sensibilidade destes para com os anseios da sociedade. Contudo, observa-se que Warat já propunha a utilização da criatividade, da carnavalização, da descoberta dos sentidos como fator principal para uma mudança de cultura, como já ressaltado, a mais de 40 anos.

Abstract:
The study aims to reflect on legal education, taking into account the discussions already raised by Warat, in the 70s. Thus, the following question is established as a research problem: What will be the course of legal education in Brazil, from a Waratian perspective? The work aims to analyze the problems of legal education in Brazil, based on the conceptions of Luis Alberto Warat. Theoretical study is based on bibliographic research, based on deductive method. Today, in legal education, the introduction of active methodologies is discussed to transform the Law Course student into an agent of his own learning, aiming to stimulate their sensitivity towards society's wishes. However, it is observed that Warat has already proposed the use of creativity, carnivalization, the discovery of the senses as the main factor for a change in culture, as already pointed out, more than 40 years ago.
