O ENSINO DO GÊNERO TEXTUAL PETIÇÃO INICIAL – UMA EXPERIÊNCIA COM SEQUÊNCIA DIDÁTICA
O presente trabalho tem como eixo um estudo interdisciplinar dos Estudos da Linguagem e do Direito, em específico o Processo Civil. Objetivou-se analisar o gênero petição inicial a fim de compreender sua arquitetura linguística discursiva e determinar uma sequência didática que possibilitasse a compreensão seu funcionamento. A pesquisa é qualitativa, bibliográfica centrada em Bronckart (2003), Dolz e Schneuwly (2004), Marcuschi (2003), e de campo. A sequência didática foi desenvolvida com os acadêmicos do 2º semestre do Curso de Direito do Centro de Ensino Superior dos Campos Gerais (CESCAGE), Ponta Grossa – Paraná, no 2º semestre de 2014. A análise das produções posteriores ao processo de sequenciação comprovaram a necessidade de efetivo conhecimento por parte do discente do gênero a ser trabalhado.

Abstract:
The present work focuses on an interdisciplinary study of Language and Law Studies, specifically the Civil Procedure. The objective was to analyze the genre of petition in order to understand its linguistic discursive architecture and to determine a didactic sequence that would enable the understanding of its functioning. The research is qualitative, bibliographic centered on Bronckart (2003), Dolz and Schneuwly (2004), Marcuschi (2003), and field. The didactic sequence was developed with academics from the 2nd semester of the Law Course at the Higher Education Center of Campos Gerais (CESCAGE), Ponta Grossa - Paraná, in the 2nd semester of 2014. The analysis of the productions after the sequencing process proved the need of effective knowledge on the part of the student of the genre to be worked.
