DOMÍNIO GRAMATICAL DE LÍNGUA PORTUGUESA: UMA EXIGÊNCIA INDISPENSÁVEL À ASCENSÃO PROFISSIONAL POR MEIO DE CONCURSOS PÚBLICOS DE ALTO PADRÃO
O presente artigo busca demonstrar que o domínio gramatical é uma exigência indispensável à ascensão profissional com base em concursos públicos de alto padrão. É necessário disponibilizar o conhecimento da gramática normativa para que o usuário da língua demonstre excelente desempenho linguístico em relação ao domínio da gramática, para alcançar o objetivo profissional de ocupar cargos públicos relevantes. O objetivo da análise deste trabalho é ressaltar a importância do ensino de gramática, que influencia diretamente na ascensão profissional de um indivíduo. Este artigo busca verificar em livros bibliográficos argumentos que apoiem a influência do ensino de gramática normativa visando o melhor domínio da norma-padrão da língua portuguesa para atender as exigências relacionadas à gramática normativa em concursos públicos de alto padrão. O aporte teórico que fundamenta este trabalho é formado por Abreu (2022); Bechara (2019), Brasil (BNCC, 2018); Castilho e Elias (2021); Lopes-Rossi (2010); Neves (2011, 2012); Paula (2011); Rego (2007); Silva (2010); Travaglia (2004, 2009); Zuin e Reyes (2010).

Abstract:
The present article aims to demonstrate that grammatical mastery is an indispensable requirement for professional advancement based on high-standard public competitive exams. It is necessary to provide knowledge of normative grammar so that the language user can demonstrate excellent linguistic performance regarding grammar proficiency, to achieve the professional objective of occupying relevant public positions. The objective of the analysis in this work is to highlight the importance of grammar instruction, which directly influences an individual's professional advancement. This article seeks to examine arguments from bibliographic sources supporting the influence of normative grammar instruction in order to achieve better command of the standard norm of the Portuguese language to meet the requirements related to normative grammar in high-standard public competitive exams.
