O ENSINO DE ÉTICA NA FORMAÇÃO DO PROFISSIONAL DE ENFERMAGEM
Nota-se no ensino em enfermagem que os alunos têm dificuldades de resolver dilemas éticos. Esta dificuldade pode estar ligada à sua formação, tendo em vista, que uma grande parte dos currículos em enfermagem, de cursos de auxiliares e técnicos dão ênfase à formação técnica, desconectada do processo de formação de valores éticos, que ficam restritos a uma disciplina apenas. Objetivos: analisar as propostas na formação dos valores éticos na grade curricular do curso técnico de enfermagem. Propor formas de trabalhar a ética dentro da interdisciplinaridade. Método: Trata-se de um estudo de revisão bibliográfica e de investigação com abordagem qualitativa, do tipo exploratória. Após a revisão da literatura e análise críticas de publicações e legislação pertinentes, foi analisada a grade curricular de uma escola de enfermagem com o propósito de rever a forma como a ética se insere no currículo da formação destes profissionais. Resultados e Discussão: Denota-se a importância do docente ao atuar como um facilitador no processo de análise, crítica e exercício da ética e cidadania experimentados no âmbito do profissional de saúde em formação. Observou-se que o ensino de ética ainda é realizado de forma incipiente e que o aprendizado do aluno é influenciado pelo tipo de abordagem realizada pelo docente. Desta forma, além de uma grade curricular compatível, espera-se que o docente atue como facilitador do processo de construção do conhecimento de aspectos do trabalho em saúde, promovendo o debate e análise crítica da realidade, contextualizando o aluno de enfermagem ao campo de atuação profissional.

Abstract:
It is noted in nursing education that students have difficulties in solving ethical dilemmas. This difficulty may be linked to their training, considering that a large part of the curricula in nursing, auxiliary and technical courses emphasize technical training, disconnected from the process of forming ethical values, which are restricted to one discipline only. Objectives: to analyze the proposals in the formation of ethical values in the curriculum of the technical nursing course. Propose ways of working ethics within interdisciplinarity. Method: This is a literature review and research study with a qualitative approach, of an exploratory type. After reviewing the literature and critically analyzing relevant publications and legislation, the curriculum of a nursing school was analyzed in order to review the way in which ethics is inserted in the training curriculum of these professionals. Results and Discussion: The importance of the teacher is noted when acting as a facilitator in the process of analysis, criticism and exercise of ethics and citizenship experienced in the context of the health professional in training. It was observed that the teaching of ethics is still carried out in an incipient way and that the student's learning is influenced by the type of approach taken by the teacher. Thus, in addition to a compatible curriculum, the teacher is expected to act as a facilitator of the process of building knowledge on aspects of health work, promoting the debate and critical analysis of reality, contextualizing the nursing student to the field of activity professional.
