O ENQUADRAMENTO DO IMPEACHMENT DA PRESIDENTE DILMA ROUSSEFF (PT) NAS REVISTAS VEJA E CARTA CAPITAL
As eleições presidenciais de 2014
foram marcadas por uma conjuntura de embate
político-partidário e denúncias de corrupção na
Petrobras, no qual a mídia ocupou o papel de
protagonista na cobertura dos fatos. Ao final do
pleito, a candidata Dilma Rousseff (PT) foi reeleita
pelo voto direto. Contudo, antes mesmo do início
do segundo mandato, o termo impeachment
já circulava nos meios de comunicação. Após
a posse da presidente, intensificaram-se as
acusações de corrupção contra o governo
petista em inúmeras reportagens, com vieses e
abordagens distintas. Nesse sentido, este artigo
tem como objetivo analisar o enquadramento
do termo impeachment no conteúdo on-line das
revistas Veja e Carta Capital.

Abstract:
The 2014 presidential elections
were marked by a climate of party political
clashes and allegations of corruptions at
Petrobras, with the media acting as a key player
in covering the facts. At the end of the election,
the candidate Dilma Rousseff (PT) was reelected
by direct vote. However, even before
the beginning of her second term, the word
impeachment was already starting to circulate
in the media. After her inauguration as President
for a second time, accusations of corruption
against the Workers’ Party government started
to intensify in countless reports, with different
standpoints and approaches. This article
therefore aims to analyse the background to the
term impeachment in the online content of the
journals Veja and Carta Capital.
