O ENFERMEIRO E SEU PROTAGONISMO NO ATENDIMENTO PRÉ- HOSPITALAR MÓVEL AO PACIENTE COM TRAUMA RAQUIMEDULAR
O atendimento pré-hospitalar serve para prevenir lesões traumáticas que possam se agravar devido ao trauma. Em decorrência o traumatismo raquimedular pode deixar sequelas irreversíveis, e assim a importância de um profissional com habilidade técnico-cientifico para preservar a saúde da vitima, Torna- se necessário a imobilização no local do acidente. Objetivo: Destacar o papel do enfermeiro na execução do atendimento de forma protocolada no atendimento pré-hospitalar móvel dos pacientes com suspeita de trauma raquimedular. Materiais e Métodos: Este artigo consiste em uma pesquisa bibliográfica, que segundo Severino (2013), é realizada a partir de materiais disponíveis. Para a coleta de dados, foi realizada uma busca por artigos e documentos que abordassem o assunto. Para elencar esses dados, foram utilizadas publicações entre os anos de 1999 a 2022, sendo que os decretos, leis e resoluções eram, em sua maioria, publicações originais, em língua portuguesa.
Resultados: A energia transmitida por meio do impacto é responsável por lesionar a medula espinhal. O trauma da medula espinhal pode ocorrer devido a vários fatores acidentais. Altas doses de metilprednisolona devem ser administradas para o tratamento medicamentoso, enquanto a segunda demonstrou que a administração de altas doses em bolus após 8 horas pode reduzir as sequelas. A França foi pioneira na criação desse serviço e que o Brasil se inspirou nesse modelo. A estabilização cervical no atendimento pré e intra-hospitalar é uma das principais peças para evitar que o paciente sofra lesões secundárias. Acidentes envolvendo o TRM são bastante comuns, conforme mencionado ao longo do artigo. Conclusão: A lesão medular é uma lesão que afeta a coluna vertebral e pode ser parcial ou total. A maioria dos resultados encontrados, mostrou que o enfermeiro é um profissional habilitado a praticar diversas condutas para salvar vidas. A equipe do APH, com o enfermeiro, tem papel fundamental junto à vítima de LM, identificando rapidamente as situações de risco de vida.

Abstract:
Pre-hospital care serves to prevent traumatic injuries that may worsen due to trauma. As a result of spinal trauma can leave irreversible sequelae, and thus the importance of a professional with technical-scientific ability to preserve the health of the victim, it becomes necessary to immobilize at the scene of the accident. Objective: To highlight the role of nurses in the execution of care in a protocolized way in the mobile pre-hospital care of patients with suspected spinal cord trauma. Materials and Methods: This article consists of bibliographical research, which according to Severino (2013), is carried out from available materials. For data collection, a search was performed for articles and documents that addressed the subject. To list these data, publications were used between 1999 and 2022, and the decrees, laws and resolutions were mostly original publications in Portuguese.
Results: The energy transmitted through the impact is responsible for injuring the spinal cord. Spinal cord trauma can occur due to several accidental factors. High doses of methylprednisolone should be administered for drug treatment, while the second has shown that administration of high doses in bolus after 8 hours may reduce sequelae. France was a pioneer in the creation of this service and brazil was inspired by this model. Cervical stabilization in pre- and in-hospital care is one of the main pieces to prevent the patient from suffering secondary injuries. Accidents involving TRM are quite common, as mentioned throughout the article. Conclusion: Spinal cord injury is a lesion that affects the spine and can be partial or total. Most of the results found showed that the nurse is a professional qualified to practice various behaviors to save lives. The APH team, with the nurse, has a fundamental role with the LM victim, quickly identifying life-threatening situations.
