O ENFERMEIRO COMO EDUCADOR: REFLETINDO A PRÁTICA DOCENTE
Essa pesquisa tem como interesse demonstrar que o Enfermeiro docente não é aquele que apenas possui uma bagagem prática, e sim aquele que se apresenta em soma com sua habilidade prática dentro de um processo educativo mais amplo e global pelo qual os membros da sociedade são preparados para a participação ativa na vida social, ressalva que para o funcionamento de uma sociedade é necessário que haja a prática educativa, ou seja, a educação. Em relevância pessoal e profissional, o objetivo desta pesquisa é reconstruir de que forma o enfermeiro como educador em paralelo ao seu conhecimento técnico-científico dentro do perfil pedagógico promove melhoria para a capacitação do aluno e profissional de enfermagem e verificar como se dá a postura do enfermeiro como docente educador. A fim de alcançar resposta ao objetivo proposto, buscas informatizadas foram realizadas nas bases de dados LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde) e SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), disponíveis na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), no qual, foi realizado levantamento retrospectivo de artigos científicos publicados no período de 2010 a 2020, assim como também por meio de sites e livros, com exceção de materiais que possuírem dados de extrema relevância para a pesquisa. A intenção é demonstrar que é possível por meio da educação em saúde que o enfermeiro pode alcançar indivíduos em todos os lugares e assim mudar para a melhor situação dos mesmos.

Abstract:
This research has the interest to demonstrate that the teaching nurse is not one who only has a practical background, but one who presents himself in addition to his practical ability within a broader and more comprehensive educational process by which members of society are prepared to active participation in social life, emphasizes that for the functioning of a society it is necessary to have an educational practice, that is, education. In personal and professional relevance, the objective of this research is to reconstruct how nurses as educators in parallel to their technical and scientific knowledge within the pedagogical profile, promote improvement for the training of students and nursing professionals and to verify how the posture nurse as a teacher educator. In order to achieve a response to the proposed objective, computerized searches were carried out in the LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences) and SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) databases, available in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), in which a retrospective survey of scientific articles published from 2010 to 2020 was carried out, as well as through websites and books, with the exception of materials that have extremely relevant data for the research. The intention is to demonstrate that it is possible through health education that nurses can reach individuals everywhere and thus change to their best situation.
