Abstract: Introduction: Elderly women experience physical changes that can be minimized by regular physical exercise; however, little has been reported about the impact of this practice on minimizing recurrent dizziness in this population. Objective: To analyze scientific evidence on the practice of physical exercise in relation to recurrent dizziness in elderly women. Methodology: Integrative literature review with search strategies based on national and international guidelines for data systematization using the keywords "physical activity and elderly women and dizziness" in articles published between 2020 and 2025. Results: Few studies have evaluated levels of physical activity in individuals with chronic dizziness, with only 32 articles in English found on PubMed on the proposed topic, of which only 2 corresponded to the scope of the research. These studies highlight that women with dizziness frequently face balance problems and anxiety, which can result in reduced levels of physical activity and less participation in their daily activities, demonstrating that only a minority of women with chronic or recurrent dizziness have high levels of physical activity. Conclusion: There is still a scarcity of literature on the practice of physical exercise in relation to recurrent dizziness in elderly women, with the available literature showing that women who exercised frequently and intensely reported fewer complaints of recurrent or chronic dizziness.
