Abstract: Objective: The mainly goal of this study is to analyze the effects of early mobilization, as well as those of breathing exercises in cardiac postoperatively patients, comparing techniques with each other and also realize an analyze of correlation between them. Methods: Systematic review study, with exploratory bibliographic objectives with qualitative approach. At first were found 330 articles in the various data bases. After exclusion for more than five years of publication, articles decreased to 125. Were excluded by title 70 articles, by summary 39, by complete text 6, remaining 10 articles, which were included in the search. Results: 4 studies have presented increase of Maximum Inspiritatory Pressure after the breathing exercises and one of them showed improvement in PicoVO2, in SPO2 and in breathing frequency. After early mobilization 3 studies showed the increased of peripheral muscle strength and better walking test performance of 6 minutes. Others 2 studies reported gain of functional capability. 9 of 10 studies affirmed that joined techniques improve quality of life, vitality, thus reducing the hospitalization time. Conclusion: The early mobilization was considered efficient on cardiac postoperatively patients recovery, especially in terms of quality of life. Ever breathing exercises promoted a functional capability and peripheral muscle strength increase. The utilization of jointly techniques showed an effective improvement for the patient, evidencing in the majority of studies a reduction on hospitalization time.
