O EDUCAR E CUIDAR NA EDUCAÇÃO EM CRECHE COM CRIANÇAS PEQUENAS: A FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL
As creches foram criadas no
Brasil ao final do século XIX, para atender a
uma necessidade social, num contexto que
prevalecia o atendimento a população em
caráter assistencialista, inexistindo o papel
do educador. Considerando que as crianças
permanecem grande parte do dia nessas
instituições, torna-se importante compreender
como se dá a prática profissional dos pedagogos
e ADE, e a relação entre ambos. Este estudo
tem como proposta analisar a relação entre o
educar e cuidar da criança em creche na faixa
etária de zero a dois anos de idade. Utilizouse a pesquisa qualitativa, análise de conteúdo
na modalidade temática, com coleta de dados
por entrevista semiestruturada e oficina de
reflexão com gestores, professores e auxiliares
de desenvolvimento escolar – ADE. Diversos
desafios foram captados, destacando-se o
tensionamento relacionado às perspectivas e
valores entre pais e escola, frente ao educar a
criança e percepção do papel escolar. Durante
a investigação percebe-se o limite de não se ter
a visão dos pais e a observação de condutas
e práticas desses profissionais, podendo ser
objeto de pesquisas futuras, com ampliação
à compreensão dos problemas e situações
vividas.

Abstract:
Day care centers were created in
Brazil at the end of nineteenth century, to meet
a social need, in a context that prevailed the
service to population on a welfare basis, without
the educator’s role. Considering that children
spend most of their day in these institutions, it
is important to understand how the professional
practice of educators and School Development
Assistants (SDA) develops, and the relationship
between them. This study aims to analyze the
relationship between educating and caring for children in day care center in an age group
from zero to two years old. Qualitative research, content analysis in thematic modality,
with data collection through semi-structured interviews and reflection workshop with
managers, teachers and SDA were used. Several challenges were raised, highlighting
the tension related to perspectives and values between parents and school, in relation
to educating the child and the perception of the school’s role. During the investigation,
it is noted the limit of not having parents’ vision and the observation of conduct and
practices of these professionals, may be the object of future research, with broadening
the understanding of problems and situations experienced.
