O DISCURSO DE AUTOAJUDA E AS PRÁTICAS IDENTITÁRIAS DO SUJEITO PROFESSOR
O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de investigar as possibilidades de existência do discurso de autoajuda voltado ao sujeito professor em Pais Brilhantes, Professores Fascinantes, do escrito brasileiro Augusto Cury. Para esse fim partimos do conceito de identidade apresentado pelos teóricos dos Estudos Culturais, como Hall e Bauman, dentre outros autores para identificamos que tal discurso se realiza e produz sentidos aos seus leitores, entre outros fatores, pelo que Rüdeger denomina “crise identitária”. Com isso, o discurso de autoajuda na obra supracitada, busca fabricar sujeitos professores, oferecendo-lhes um lugar de identificação, a de sujeito professor fascinante. A partir de uma visão neoliberal de “sujeito empresa”, em que o sucesso só depende do indivíduo, o enunciador promete ao professor que este revolucionará a educação enquanto indivíduo, desconsiderando todos os problemas sociais e históricos que a rodeiam.

Abstract:
This paper aims to investigate the possibilities of the existence of the self-help discourse aimed at the subject teacher in Brilliant Parents, Fascinating Teachers, by the Brazilian writer Augusto Cury. To this end, we started from the concept of identity presented by Cultural Studies theorists, such as Hall and Bauman, among other authors, to identify that such discourse takes place and produces meanings for its readers, among other factors, by what Rüdeger calls “identity crisis”. Thus, the self-help discourse in the aforementioned work seeks to fabricate teacher subjects, offering them a place of identification, that of a fascinating teacher subject. Based on a neoliberal vision of the “enterprise subject”, in which success only depends on the individual, the annunciator promises the teacher that he will revolutionize education as an individual, disregarding all the social and historical problems that surround it.
