O DIREITO SISTÊMICO COMO UM GRANDE ALIADO DA DEFENSORIA PÚBLICA
O alemão Bert Hellinger, desenvolveu
o que hoje denominamos de Constelação
Familiar Sistêmica. O juiz brasileiro, Sami
Storch, aproveitando do conhecimento das
constelações familiares, passou a aplicar os
ensinamentos desta abordagem no direito,
em especial, nos casos que estavam sob o
seu julgamento, o que passou a denominar
de Direito sistêmico. Diante disso, busca-se
analisar como o Direito sistêmico pode impactar
positivamente a atuação dos Defensores e
Defensoras Públicas. Para tanto, utilizou-se de
pesquisa documental e método dedutivo a fim
de analisar como os Defensores e Defensoras
Públicas podem tornar o atendimento da
população vulnerável mais eficaz por meio das
práticas do direito sistêmico.

Abstract:
The German Bert Hellinger,
developed what we now call the Systemic
Family Constellation. The Brazilian judge, Sami
Storch, taking advantage of the knowledge of
the family constellations, began to apply the
teachings of this approach in law, especially
in cases that were under his judgment, which
he called systemic law. Therefore, it seeks to
analyze how systemic law can positively impact
the performance of Public Defenders. To do so,
we used documentary research and a deductive
method to analyze how Public Defenders can
make the care of the vulnerable population more
effective through systems law practices.
