O DIREITO HUMANO À SAÚDE NO CÁRCERE: INCONSTITUCIONALIDADES DO PACOTE ANTICRIME E O CERCEAMENTO AO DIREITO DE VISITA
O presente trabalho trata de algumas alterações na legislação penal, notadamente no que se refere aos direitos dos presos, especialmente o direito de visita, mudanças essas efetivadas pela Lei nº 13.964/19 e conhecida como Pacote Anticrime. A pesquisa destaca as violações constitucionais resultantes das alterações e discorre acerca da importância da ressocialização, a partir de uma análise da família como base da sociedade, da dignidade da pessoa humana e da importância da saúde física e mental do detento, aspectos estes diretamente afetados pelas restrições de visitas.

Abstract:
The present work deals with some changes in penal legislation, notably with regard to the rights of prisoners, especially the right to visit, changes made by Law No. 13.964 / 19 and known as the Anti-Crime Package. The research highlights the constitutional violations resulting from the changes and discusses the importance of resocialization, based on an analysis of the family as the basis of society, the dignity of the human person and the importance of the detainee's physical and mental health, aspects that are directly affected by visit restrictions.
