O DIREITO DO TRABALHO E A BUSCA DAS MULHERES POR ISONOMIA: uma análise em conformidade com as ondas do feminismo
O presente trabalho apresentou como objetivo geral estudar o direito do trabalho e a busca das mulheres por isonomia, numa análise em conformidade com as ondas do feminismo. Ainda, assumiu como objetivos específicos analisar a história do direito do trabalho em relação às mulheres bem como verificar as ondas do feminismo e, por fim contextualizar a busca das mulheres por isonomia no âmbito das relações trabalhistas. A pesquisa realizou-se pelo método bibliográfico sendo relevante para a pesquisa, pois oportuniza uma investigação específica e suscetível de contextualizar o fenômeno jurídico da busca das mulheres por isonomia na seara do direito do trabalho, numa análise, correlacionada, com as ondas do movimento feminista. A técnica de pesquisa conglobou a documentação indireta, através da pesquisa bibliográfica em livros, artigos científicos e capítulos de livros que abarquem a temática ora discutida. Sustentou a hipótese provisória segundo a qual os movimentos feministas, organizados com a nomenclatura que se chamam de ondas, em cada momento, em cada período, em cada fase da história esteve presente na luta pela igualdade entre os gêneros, pela isonomia entre salários, na incessante vontade de fazer com que homens e mulheres fossem tratados da mesma forma, levando-se em consideração, sim, suas diferenças, mas considerando ambos, cidadãos.

Abstract:
The present work presented as a general objective to study labor law and women's search for isonomy, in an analysis in accordance with the waves of feminism. Still, it took as its specific objectives to analyze the history of labor law in relation to women, as well as to verify the waves of feminism and, finally, to contextualize women's search for isonomy within the scope of labor relations. The research was carried out by the bibliographic method, being relevant to the research, because it allows a specific investigation and susceptible to contextualize the legal phenomenon of women's search for isonomy in the field of labor law, in an analysis, correlated, with the waves of the feminist movement. The research technique combined indirect documentation, through bibliographic research in books, scientific articles and book chapters that cover the topic discussed here. It supported the provisional hypothesis according to which feminist movements, organized with the nomenclature that they call waves, at each moment, in each period, in each phase of history were present in the struggle for equality between genders, for the equality of wages, in the incessant desire to make men and women treated in the same way, taking into account their differences, but considering both citizens.
