O DIREITO ACHADO NA RUA: BREVES COMENTÁRIOS SOBRE OS DIFERENTES TIPOS DE DIREITO
No século XXI muita coisa tem acontecido no que diz respeito às pautas de garantia e proteção aos direitos humanos, aqueles que garantem a dignidade e liberdade da pessoa em humana. Os diferentes tipos de direito se relacionam ou se confundem? Direitos humanos, fundamentais, pátrios, civis, positivo, natural entre outros fornam o grande arcabouço da legislação mundial, amparado pelos marcos legais, jurisprudências e normativos técnicos que regulamentam o mundo. Esse estudo se propõe a fazer um breve percurso histórico desses direitos com o objetivo de entender se de fato eles estão voltados à dignidade da pessoa humana. As considerações aqui expressas se derivam do âmbito dos estudos de nível mestrado profissional em Segurança Pública, Direitos Humanos e Cidadania da Universidade Estadual de Roraima.

Abstract:
In the 21st century a lot has happened with regard to the guidelines for guaranteeing and protecting human rights, those that guarantee the dignity and freedom of the human person. Do the different types of rights interrelate or are they confused? Human, fundamental, national, civil, positive, natural rights, among others, form the great framework of world legislation, supported by legal frameworks, jurisprudence and technical regulations that regulate the world. This study proposes to make a brief historical journey of these rights in order to understand if they are in fact aimed at the dignity of the human person. The considerations expressed here derive from the scope of professional master degree level studies in Public Security, Human Rights and Citizenship at the Universidade Estadual de Roraima.
