O DIREITO A EDUCAÇÃO: UMA REFLEXÃO NECESSÁRIA A PARTIR DO CONTEXTO DOS JOVENS PRIVADOS DE LIBERDADE
O presente estudo teórico é fruto
de uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfica sobre
a importância da educação para jovens em
conflito com a Lei. Este trabalho objetivou
discutir a educação para um público que vive as
margens da sociedade, tratando das questões
da juventude e seus direitos enquanto sujeitos
em formação, refletindo assim, o papel da escola
em ambientes de medida socioeducativa, a qual
deve contribuir para a construção de um projeto
de vida socializador. A partir dos achados com
a pesquisa identificou-se que são poucos e
recentes os trabalhos que discutem a temática
no Brasil e que mesmo com a ampliação de
Leis e Decretos que asseguram a comunidade
infanto-juvenil uma educação de qualidade
isto não acontece na prática, fincando assim
só no papel. Sendo assim, este trabalho surge
como mais uma contribuição acadêmica para
se pensar a educação brasileira e as políticas
públicas da socioeducação.

Abstract:
The present theoretical study is
a result of a bibliographical research about the
importance of education for teenagers which
have inflicted the Law. This study aimed the
discussion of education for a public that lives on
the margins of society, dealing with youth issues
and their rights during their formation process,
thus reflecting the role of the school environments as socio-educational measurement,
which should contribute to the construction of a socializing life project. From the findings
obtained in this research it was found that there are few recent studies that discuss this
subject in Brazil and that even with the extension of Laws and Decrees that ensure
to the community involving children and teenagers an education of quality this does
not happen in deed, it only remains on paper. Thus, this work emerges as another
academic contribution to promote critical thoughts about the Brazilian education system
and public policies of socioeducation.
