O DIREITO À EDUCAÇÃO E A ADOÇÃO DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS AMBICIONANDO A EFETIVAÇÃO DOS OBJETIVOS DO DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL (ODS) FIRMADOS NA AGENDA 2030.
O presente trabalho busca traçar um paralelo entre o direito à educação, positivado mediante a adoção de políticas públicas e a concretização dos Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), firmados entre os 193 países-membros da ONU, no ano de 2015, sendo este ummarco histórico na busca pelo desenvolvimento sustentável das nações e na definição dos direitos universais básicos.Para analisar a contemporaneidade da educação é importante traçar uma linha histórica, para compreender a importância da efetivação das políticas públicas educacionais visando o desenvolvimento sustentável. A Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) vem, historicamente, prestigiando nas suas assembleias gerais, a adoção de metas e objetivos, como se pode verificar na adoção dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento do Milênio (ODMs) e dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS). No Brasil, cumpre destacar a relevância das ações governamentais tomadas na concretização dos direitos firmados pelo país na ONU, através da adoção de metas próprias e estratégias internas, entretanto, houve uma descontinuidade das ações após a revogação da Comissão Nacional para os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável CNODS via Decreto Federal. Atualmente, tramita na Câmara dos Deputados o Projeto de Lei nº 1308/2021, objetivando instituir a Política de Programa da Agenda 2030 para Desenvolvimento Sustentável, sendo um importante instrumento para reativar a busca pelo cumprimento dos ODS.

Abstract:
This paper seeks to draw a parallel between the right to education, made positive through the adoption of public policies and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), signed between the 193 UN member countries, in 2015, this being a historic landmark in the search for. To analyze the contemporaneity of education, it is important to draw a historical line, to understand the importance of implementing public educational policies aimed at sustainable development. The United Nations (UN) has historically honored in its general assemblies the adoption of goals and objectives, as can be seen in the adoption of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In Brazil, it is worth highlighting the relevance of government actions taken in the realization of the rights established by the country at the UN, through the adoption of its own goals and internal strategies, however, there was a discontinuity of actions after the revocation of the National Commission for Sustainable Development Goals CNODS via Federal Decree. Currently, Bill No. 1308/2021 is being processed in the Chamber of Deputies, with the aim of instituting the 2030 Agenda Program Policy for Sustainable Development, which is an important instrument to reactivate the search for compliance with the SDGs.
