Qual seria a importância de se
saber que o latim e o grego têm uma relação
de parentesco indo-europeu? Uma delas seria
a de identificar a importância do “pater” como
centro do universo cultural. Os albanos como
os ancestrais dos antigos romanos, já que
Ascânio, filho do seu principal herói Eneias da
épica ocidental, ou, com o seu outro nome, o
epíteto Iulo, fundador de Alba Longa. Uma falsa
etimologia do epíteto “Iulo”, ou seja, Iolum ou
Ioulom (outros mencionam Iobum) funciona
como um patronímico ancestral de Júlio César,
o estadista mais importante de Roma, como
está em Shakespeare e, mais adiante, Bernard
Shaw. Assim, *Iouilos por *diuulos, relacionado,
portanto, com Iouis, genitivo de Iuppiter, o deus
do dia luminoso, cuja raiz indo-europeia é *Iouil-, donde Iulo como Júlio seria o “luminoso”.
É que Iulus se relaciona a Iulius, nomen da
Gens Iulia. Dentre as reformas de Júlio César,
temos em nosso calendário o mês de julho,
introduzido após junho. O seu herdeiro Augusto
César introduziu em seguida o seu nome, que,
em português, evoluiu para “agosto”. O indoeuropeu foi um povo que se localizou na região
do Cáucaso e emigraram, principalmente, rumo
ao sul da Europa, fundando cidades da raça
caucasiana. O comparativismo de estudiosos é
um marco inicial da Linguística moderna, fixou
uma família linguística, por exemplo, do cotejo
entre “pater” do latim, com “patēr” do grego,
“father” do inglês, “vater” do alemão, “pitar” do
sânscrito”.

Abstract:
What is the importance of knowing
that Latin and Greek have an Indo-European
kinship relationship? One of them would be
to identify the importance of the “pater” as the
center of the cultural universe. The Albanians
as the ancestors of the ancient Romans, since
