O DIÁLOGO NECESSÁRIO ENTRE AS POLÍTICAS DE SEGURIDADE SOCIAL: A EXPERIÊNCIA DO TRABALHO DAS ASSISTENTES SOCIAIS NO SERVIÇO DE TRANSPLANTE HEPÁTICO DO HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO WALTER CANTÍDIO DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO CEARÁ
Este trabalho aborda a política
de seguridade social brasileira, que abrange
as Políticas de Assistência Social, Saúde
e Previdência Social, a partir de um relato
de experiência de assistentes sociais do
serviço de transplante hepático do Hospital
Universitário Walter Cantídio da Universidade
Federal do Ceará – HUWC/UFC. Foi realizada
uma pesquisa bibliográfica no intuito de
compreender a seguridade social enquanto
processo histórico e em construção. Como
subsídio para a pesquisa, foram utilizados
dados oficiais acerca do transplante de fígado no
estado do Ceará, bem como sobre a realidade
do transplante hepático no HUWC. Discutiu-se
a realidade social dos pacientes transplantados
e suas famílias por meio de uma pesquisa
de perfil socioeconômico. Foram realizadas
observações de campo. A partir de reflexões
geradas pelas demandas postas ao assistente
social, ressalta-se como elemento conclusivo,
a necessidade de um maior diálogo da política
de saúde com as políticas de Assistência e
Previdência Social.

Abstract:
This paper deals with the Brazilian
social security policy, covering the Social
Assistance, Health, and Welfare policies, from
an account of social workers experience of liver
transplantation center at the University Hospital
Walter Cantídio of the Federal University of
Ceará-HUWC/UFC. A literature research was
conducted in order to understand the social
security as a historical and ongoing process.
As subsidy for research, official data were used
about the liver transplant in the state of Ceará, as
well as about the reality of liver transplantation
at HUWC. The social reality o transplanted patients and their families through a
socioeconomic profile research was discussed. Field observations were made. From
reflections generated by the demands put to the social worker, it is highlighted as
conclusive evidence, the need for greater health policy dialogue with the Assistance
and Social Welfare policies.
