O DIÁLOGO ENTRE A LEITURA DE IMAGENS DIANTE A DIVERSIDADE
O presente trabalho apresenta uma proposta pedagógica, para que a escola, comunidade sintam-se motivadas a refletirem sobre o diálogo intercultural, multidisciplinar, sobre a integração de culturas, através da leitura de imagens nomeadas O pensador. Uma reflexão à cerca da implementação da lei 10.639/03, diante de vários desafios e conquistas, possibilidades de discussão sobre a Promoção da Igualdade, Direitos Humanos e o respeito às diferenças Trabalhar com esta Lei na prática pedagógica docente, exige mudanças e descolonização dos currículos em relação à África e aos afro-brasileiros e principalmente redesenhar o papel social e significativo que a população Preta contribuiu e contribui para o desenvolvimento do país. Com este estudo objetivou-se percorrer um caminho para interagir e mediar o acesso ao conhecimento, analisando o processo de ensinar e aprender as Artes Visuais. Fortaleceu e intensificou a idéia de que realizar uma verdadeira leitura de imagem, oportuniza uma experiência visual, compreensão, que envolve o pensamento, a percepção e o discernimento, levando o indivíduo ao desenvolvimento da habilidade crítica e reflexiva. Importante à intensificação da troca de saberes sobre a ótica Inter e transdisciplinar no ambiente escolar e fora dele.

Abstract:
The present work presents a pedagogical proposal, so that the school, community feel motivated to reflect on the intercultural, multidisciplinary dialogue, on the integration of cultures, through the reading of images named The thinker. A reflection on the implementation of Law 10.639 / 03, in the face of various challenges and achievements, possibilities for discussion on the Promotion of Equality, Human Rights and respect for differences Working with this Law in teaching pedagogical practice, requires changes and decolonization of curricula in relation to Africa and Afro-Brazilians and mainly to redesign the social and significant role that the Black population has contributed and contributes to the development of the country. The aim of this study was to travel a path to interact and mediate access to knowledge, analyzing the process of teaching and learning the Visual Arts. It strengthened and intensified the idea that carrying out a true image reading, provides a visual experience, understanding, which involves thinking, perception and discernment, leading the individual to the development of critical and reflective ability. It is important to intensify the exchange of knowledge on the Inter and transdisciplinary perspective in the school environment and outside it.
