O dia D dos homens a não adesão ao toque retal e a prevenção do câncer de próstata e a importância do enfermeiro
O câncer de próstata é uma
problemática na contemporaneidade, já que
homens são os que menos procuram consulta
médica com urologista. Com isso os homens
acabam se prejudicando ao não realizar
periodicamente um simples exame retal. Em
face de esta constatação é que esta pesquisa
objetivava conscientizar a população masculina
sobre a importância da realização do exame
para diagnosticar precocemente a enfermidade
e a metodologia consistiu numa pesquisa
qualitativa e exploratória na visão de Cardoso et
al (2017), Junior et al (2015), Lima et al (2015),
Moreira (2015). Oliveiri (2015), Quijada et al
(2015), Vieira (2013), Veras (2017), entre outros
nos quais, foram essenciais na elaboração do
material educativo no qual tinha a intervenção
do enfermeiro. Quanto as discussões houve
a possibilidade de que isto não é apenas de
responsabilidade do enfermeiro, mas também
de toda sociedade, em especial as instâncias
governamentais e outras parcerias, tendo
em vista a avaliação de iniciativas desta
natureza é essencial em repensar a forma
de abordagem sobre o tema discutido, por
exemplo e os resultados consistiram numa
maior conscientização da população masculina
em fazer o exame da próstata a partir dos 40
(quarenta) anos e a não inexistência de um
consenso dos artigos científicos estudados
em virtude de realidades diversificadas. Ao
término desta pesquisa ocorreu que não pode
ser realizado por iniciativas de enfermeiros em
formação inicial, mas também as instâncias
governamentais têm um papel decisivo, entre
outros pontos que foram considerados.

Abstract:
Prostate cancer is a problem
today, as men are the least seeking medical
consultation with urologist. Thus, men end
up harming themselves by not periodically
performing a simple rectal examination. In view
of this finding, this research aimed to make
the male population aware of the importance
of performing the test to early diagnose the disease and the methodology consisted of a qualitative and exploratory research in
the view of Cardoso et al (2017), Junior et al (2015). ), Lima et al (2015), Moreira
(2015). Oliveiri (2015), Quijada et al (2015), Vieira (2013), Veras (2017), among others
in which they were essential in the preparation of educational material in which the
nurse had intervention. Regarding the discussions, it was possible that this is not only
the responsibility of the nurse, but also of society as a whole, especially governmental
bodies and other partnerships, so that the evaluation of such initiatives is essential in
rethinking the approach to the topic discussed for example and the results consisted of
a greater awareness of the male population in the examination of the prostate from the
age of 40 (forty) and the absence of a consensus of the scientific articles studied due
to diversified realities. At the end of this research it occurred that can not be carried out
by initiatives of nurses in initial training, but also governmental bodies have a decisive
role, among other points that were considered.
