O DESRESPEITO À INTEGRIDADE FÍSICA E PSÍQUICA DOS ANIMAIS E SUAS POSSÍVEIS RELAÇÕES COM OUTRAS FORMAS DE MANIFESTAÇÃO DE VIOLÊNCIA HUMANA: UM OLHAR SOB O FOCO DA POLÍTICA PÚBLICA PROTETIVA DOS ANIMAIS
Objetiva-se discutir neste estudo
o desrespeito à integridade física e psíquica
dos animais e suas possíveis relações com
outras formas de manifestação de violência
cometidas pelos homens. Esta síntese reflexiva
se apresenta quanto à forma de abordagem
do assunto, como qualitativa, no que tange
à modalidade investigativa como básica,
do ponto de vista de seus objetivos, como
descritiva, e com relação aos procedimentos
técnicos, qualifica-se como bibliográfica.
Conclui-se que, a relevância de se pensar no
investimento em Políticas Públicas Protetivas da
Integridade Física e Psíquica dos Animais situase
no fato de que, por meio delas, se alcançará
também resultados positivos no âmbito das
Políticas de Segurança Pública, Saúde Coletiva
e Educação à Cidadania, bem como Defesa
dos Direitos das Crianças e Adolescentes, das
Mulheres e das Pessoas Idosas.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is
to discuss the disrespect to the physical
and psychic integrity of the animals and
their possible relations with other forms of
manifestation of violence committed by men.
This reflexive synthesis presents itself as a
way of approaching the subject, as a qualitative
one, regarding the investigative modality as
basic, from the point of view of its objectives,
as descriptive, and with respect to technical
procedures, it qualifies as bibliographical. It is
concluded that the relevance of thinking about
the investment in public policies that protect the
physical and psychological integrity of animals
is based on the fact that, through them, positive
results will also be achieved in the scope of the
Public Safety, Collective Health and Education
for Citizenship, as well as the Defense of the
Rights of Children and Adolescents, Women
and the Seniors People.
