O DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL COMO MEIO PARA A EFETIVAÇÃO DA DIGNIDADE HUMANA EM UMA SOCIEDADE GLOBALIZADA
Diante da sociedade globalizada e cada vez mais interconectada é preciso pensar em uma forma de se aliar os interesses econômicos e as causas sociais, assegurando-se o bem-estar da presente e das futuras gerações, promovendo assim o desenvolvimento sustentável e a proteção da dignidade humana. O objetivo da pesquisa é analisar a sociedade globalizada e a necessidade do desenvolvimento sustentável diante nas esferas econômica e ambiental e o impacto na proteção da dignidade humana. Utiliza-se na pesquisa o método dedutivo, além da metodologia descritiva, documental e bibliográfica. Como resultado, espera-se demonstrar a possibilidade de que haja um esverdeamento na indústria capitalista e um alinhamento dos interesses das empresas com os direitos fundamentais assegurados no sistema jurídico nacional.

Abstract:
Faced with a globalized and increasingly interconnected society, it is necessary to think of a way to combine economic interests and social causes, ensuring the well-being of present and future generations, thus promoting sustainable development and the protection of human dignity. The objective of the research is to analyze the globalized society and the need for sustainable development in the economic and environmental spheres and the impact on the protection of human dignity. The deductive method is used in the research, in addition to the descriptive, documental and bibliographical methodology. As a result, it is expected to demonstrate the possibility that there is a greening in the capitalist industry and an alignment of the interests of the companies with the fundamental rights guaranteed in the national legal system.
