Abstract: The pandemic brought significant changes that significantly impacted the e-commerce sector, highlighting its importance as an essential component of modern trade. The digital acceleration during this time clearly showed the value of the omnichannel model, as seamlessly integrating offline and online shopping experiences became vital. Customers are becoming increasingly sophisticated, aware, and connected in this context, leading to new e-commerce strategies. Covid-19 forced many businesses to invest in online commerce due to restrictive measures that shut down physical stores, making e-commerce a valuable alternative. As a result, e-commerce saw rapid development in a short period. Various analyses indicate that e-commerce was already a trend, but the health crisis necessitated investment to keep commerce alive and boost the economy. Looking ahead, research is mapping consumption patterns in each region to help explain and contribute to the next steps for e-commerce in the post-Covid reality.
