O DESAFIO DOCENTE EM UMA UNIVERSIDADE PÚBLICA PARA SUPERAÇÃO DA PANDEMIA NO ENSINO REMOTO: UMA ANÁLISE DO "NÓS POR NÓS": COMPARTILHANDO SABERES E EXPERIÊNCIAS DO ENSINO REMOTO
Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar a ação "Nós por Nós": Compartilhando Saberes e Experiências do Ensino Remoto, iniciativa desenvolvida para compartilhar vivências dos docentes da Universidade do Estado da Bahia (Uneb), avaliando a sua configuração e possíveis contribuições para o enfretamento dos desafios impostos às atividades de ensino durante a pandemia do novo Coronavírus. Para tanto, o percurso metodológico partiu da pesquisa bibliográfica, para definição das categorias de análise, e da pesquisa documental, para levantamento de dados. A pesquisa se configura como descritiva de abordagem qualitativa. Em relação aos resultados, observa-se que apesar de não se constituir como um processo de formação de professores convencional, o “Nós por Nós” se constitui como uma alternativa valiosa para a troca de experiências entre docentes que vivenciaram a pandemia e que puderam compartilhar suas aprendizagens em uma ação estruturada por mediação tecnológica com a segurança da preservação do distanciamento social e, portanto, com a segurança de preservação da vida em tempos de pandemia.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the action "Nós por Nós": Sharing Knowledge and Experiences of Remote Teaching, evaluating its configuration and possible contributions to the confrontation of the challenges imposed on teaching activities at the University of the State of Bahia (Uneb), in relation to the methodological path, based on a bibliographic research to define the categories for analysis and the documentary research for data collection. The research is configured as descriptive qualitative approach. In relation to the final result, it is observed that although it is not a conventional teacher training process, the "We for Us Sharing Knowledge and Experiences in Remote Education" is a valuable alternative for the exchange of experiences between teachers who experienced the pandemic and who were able to share their learning in an action structured by technological mediation with the security of the preservation of social distancing and, therefore, with the safety of preserving life in times of pandemic.
