O DESAFIO DO GESTOR EDUCACIONAL NA PREVENÇÃO AO BULLYING: ESTUDO DE CASO DO COLÉGIO SALESIANO DOM BOSCO PARALELA.
Este artigo apresenta o resultado da dissertação de mestrado da citada pesquisadora com a temática “O Desafio do Gestor Educacional na prevenção do Bullying: estudo de caso do Colégio Salesiano Dom Bosco, Paralela, Salvador/Bahia. A situação-problema foi elaborada da seguinte forma: Como o grupo gestor e professores desta instituição escolar têm enfrentado o desafio de prevenir conflitos e violências vivenciadas por meio da prática do Bullying de forma a desenvolver entre os estudantes o senso de cidadania e respeito mútuo? E teve como objetivo geral: Compreender a execução de ações dos gestores do Colégio Salesiano Dom Bosco, Paralela, frente ao desafio de prevenir o Bullying na escola. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram constituídos pelo grupo gestor, coordenação, professores e estudantes que atuam/interagem na escola. Para consecução do estudo foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, envolvendo aspectos quantitativos; o tipo eleito foi o estudo de caso, na abordagem filosófica da hermenêutica. Para a coleta de dados, foram utilizados os seguintes instrumentos: o questionário, a entrevista semiestruturada com gestores, professores e estudantes. Os resultados, a partir da técnica da análise do conteúdo, sinalizam para uma prática de gestão democrática e participativa, que integram o corpo docente, os discentes, funcionários e busca atrair a participação da família nos projetos e ações pedagógicas que enfocam questões éticas, morais, amparo psicossocial, uma vez que os conflitos e situações de violência externadas por meio da prática de Bullying acarretam consequências não só no ambiente escolar, mas em toda a vida dos sujeitos vítimas desse abuso. Essas ações são respaldadas na filosofia legada de Dom Bosco, denominada “Caridade Pedagógica”.

Abstract:
This article concludes my research for my Master degree dissertation, based on the theme "The Challenge of the Educational Manager in how to prevent the Bullying from happening at school". I took as an example a case study from the School Salesiano Don Bosco at Paralela area in Salvador state of Bahia in Brazil.Managers and teachers who had dealt with the conflicts and violence issues, established rules in the problem situation case. The aim was to develop the mutual respect and citizenship responsibility among the student as well as to understand the actions taken by the managers from the School Salesiano, to prevent or stop any bullying activity in the school area.The team members used for this research was made of the management group, coordinators, teachers and students who interacted with each other in the school. A qualitative research involving quantitative aspects was developed to carry on the task. Thecase study was the chosen one in the philosophical approach of hermeneutics. The questionnaire, the semi-structured interview with managers, teachers and students were the instruments used for the data collection. The results from the content analysis technique, direct us to a democratic and participating management practice, which integrate managers, teachers, students and employees. They will work together to attract the support of the families in the educational projects and actions which focus on ethical, moral and psychosocial matters. These conflicts and violence expressed through the practice of bullying will have consequences not only in the school environment, but also for the life of the victims. Dom Bosco's legacy philosophy, called “Pedagogical Charity” support these actions.
