O CURSO DE EXTENSÃO OFICINA DE ALFABETIZAÇÃO: REFLEXÕES, MUDANÇAS NA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA E NOS RESULTADOS JUNTO ÀS CRIANÇAS ALFABETIZANDAS
O presente artigo é o resultado de uma investigação em andamento acerca do curso de extensão “Oficina de Alfabetização” (2018-2019), promovido pelo grupo de estudos e pesquisa ALFABETIZE (FACED/UFJF), parcialmente financiado pela Pró-Reitoria de Extensão (PROEX/UFJF). O objetivo dessa pesquisa é o de analisar o desenvolvimento profissional de uma professora alfabetizadora, participante do curso, a qual tem mantido um diálogo muito próximo da professora coordenadora, expondo suas reflexões, dúvidas e criações, sobretudo, por meio de conversas no whatsapp. A análise dos dados está apoiada metodologicamente na Análise de Conteúdo, por meio da qual foram compilados cinco eixos temáticos, quais sejam: material didático (solicitação de apoio/explicação e confecção); dúvidas (conceituais e didáticas); emoções (insegurança e segurança); desenvolvimento profissional (metacognição e mudanças na prática pedagógica) e crianças (envolvimento e resultados). Os dados revelam nuances do processo de aprendizado pela professora rumo a uma prática alfabetizadora sistemática, consciente e competente; capaz de mudar a relação das crianças com a aprendizagem da leitura e da escrita. O aprendizado das crianças junto ao trabalho realizado pela professora a surpreendeu; não obstante atuar na alfabetização há dezoito anos, nunca presenciou um avanço conceitual em tão pouco tempo.

Abstract:
This work is the outcome of an ongoing investigation into the extension course “Literacy Workshop” (2018-2019), promoted by the ALFABETIZE (FACED / UFJF) study and research group, partially sponsored by Pró-Reitoria de Extensão( PROEX / UFJF). The aim of this research is to analyze the professional development of a literacy teacher who takes part in the course and has kept a close dialogue to the coordinator, showing her reflections, doubts and creations, especially through conversations on whatsapp. Data analysis is methodologically supported by Content Analysis, through which five thematic axes were compiled, namely: teaching material (request for support / explanation and preparation); doubts (conceptual and teaching); emotions (insecurity and security); professional development (metacognition and changes in teaching practice) and children (involvement and results). The data reveal nuances of the teacher's learning process towards a systematic, conscious and competent literacy practice; able to change children's relationship with reading and writing learning. The children's learning from the work done by the teacher surprised her, despite having been working in literacy for eighteen years,she has never seen a conceptual advance in such a short time.
