O CURRÍCULO INTEGRADO NA EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL E TECNOLÓGICA: POSSIBILIDADES E DESAFIOS PARA O TRABALHO DOCENTE
Este estudo aborda algumas perspectivas e potencialidades no processo de integração curricular nos cursos de modalidade técnica integrada ao ensino médio no âmbito do IFFAR (Instituto Federal Farroupilha). Propõe-se analisar algumas concepções de currículo que orientam o trabalho docente. A pesquisa justifica-se pelos desafios e dificuldades diárias que docentes, gestores e estudantes enfrentam na construção de um currículo integrado conforme os pressupostos democráticos que orientam a proposta de integração nas normativas em vigência. Espera-se como resultado a geração de oportunidades para o desenvolvimento de currículos efetivamente integrados, engajados com a redução das desigualdades sociais, oferecendo meios de acesso, permanência e sucesso escolares para os estudantes.

Abstract:
This study aims at investigate some perspectives and potentialities in the process of curricular integration in vocational courses integrated to high school within the scope of IFFAR (Instituto Federal Farroupilha). It is proposed to analyze some concepts of curriculum that guide the teaching work. The research is justified by the daily challenges and difficulties that teachers, managers and students face in the construction of an integrated curriculum according to the democratic assumptions that guide the proposal of integration in the current regulations. As a result, it is expected to generate opportunities for the development of effectively integrated curricula engaged with the reduction of social inequalities, offering students access to school, permanence and success.
