O CURRÍCULO ESCOLAR NA PERSPECTIVA DE UMA GESTÃO DEMOCRÁTICA DE UMA ESCOLA MUNICIPAL
A presente pesquisa tem como intuito principal analisar a gestão democrática em uma escola municipal de Olinda, especificamente na construção e atuação do seu projeto político pedagógico. Teve como finalidade observar a relação entre a teoria e prática deste currículo(P.P.P.) no ambiente escolar, analisando as implicações projetadas para a comunidade em torno da escola, tendo como objetivo a materialização e organização do trabalho pedagógico realizado pelo mesmo. O método utilizado foi de abordagem qualitativa, tendo como instrumentos levantamentos bibliográficos e coleta de dados. Por isso, foram realizadas entrevistas semi estruturadas com alguns participantes da comunidade escolar, onde, nelas, foram pesquisadas elementos que indicam se a gestora realiza de fato a democracia com a participação de todos ou não. Os discursos coletados dialogam com os levantamentos bibliográficos. A escola vem tentando implementar na sua prática pedagógica a perspectiva desta gestão, para que se faça presente em toda comunidade escolar. Observamos que a implementação desta nova perspectiva provocam diversas aprendizagem para todos, principalmente quando todos participam e têm voz, sendo assim mais justa para todos os ambientes envolvidos (ambiente escolar e extra escolar).

Abstract:
The present research has the main purpose of analyzing the democratic management in a municipal school in Olinda, specifically in the construction and performance of its pedagogical political project. It aimed to observe the relationship between the theory and practice of this curriculum (P.P.P.) In the school environment, analyzing the implications projected to the community around the school, aiming at the materialization and organization of the pedagogical work carried out by the same. The method used was a qualitative approach, having as instruments bibliographic surveys and data collection. For this reason, semi structured interviews were conducted with some participants of the school community, where, in them, they were investigated elements that indicate if the manager accomplishes in fact the democracy with the participation of all or not. The collected discourses dialogue with the bibliographical surveys. The school has tried to implement in its pedagogical practice the perspective of this management, so that it is present in every school community. We observe that the implementation of this new perspective provokes diverse learning for all, especially when everyone participates and has a voice, being thus more just for all the environments involved (school and extra school environment).
