O CUIDAR SOB A ÉGIDE DAS PRÁTICAS QUE INTEGRAM E COMPLEMENTAM: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
O cuidar é tido como função
precípua do enfermeiro, mas não exclusivo,
e sim dentro da perspectiva interdisciplinar.
Este estudo objetivou investigar as evidências
científicas atuais sobre Práticas Integrativas
e Complementares (PIC) produzidas por
enfermeiros. Trata-se de uma revisão
integrativa de artigos obtidos a partir do sistema
das bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em
Saúde (BVS). Optou-se pelos descritores
terapias complementares and enfermagem,
admitindo como critérios de inclusão artigos
publicados nos últimos 10 anos, disponíveis na
íntegra, gratuitamente, em idiomas português
e/ou espanhol. Excluídas as publicações que
não fossem de autoria de enfermeiros, artigos
repetidos e os que tivessem não respondesse
a pergunta de partida. Foram selecionados 7
artigos cujos principais resultados se referem
ao cuidado de enfermagem na acupuntura,
com ações de suporte no enfrentamento à
diagnósticos e intervenções direcionadas a
ações de orientação/educação em saúde no
que tange às práticas da fitoterapia/plantas
medicinais e homeopatia. Concluiu-se que há
poucas produções cientificas sobre a temática
e um predomínio de abordagens com recortes
sobre acupuntura e fitoterapia, em que constam
resultados benéficos à saúde.

Abstract:
Caring is considered to be the
primary function of the nurse, but not exclusive,
but within an interdisciplinary perspective. This
study aimed to investigate current scientific evidence on Integrative and Complementary
Practices (PIC) produced by nurses. It is an integrative review of articles obtained
from the Virtual Health Library (VHL) database system. We chose the descriptors
complementary therapies and nursing, admitting as inclusion criteria articles published
in the last 10 years, available in full, free of charge, in Portuguese and / or Spanish
languages. Excluding publications that were not authored by nurses, repeat articles
and those that did not answer the question of departure. Seven articles were selected
whose main results refer to nursing care in acupuncture, with support actions in the
face of diagnoses and interventions directed to health orientation / education actions
regarding the practices of phytotherapy / medicinal plants and homeopathy. It was
concluded that there are few scientific productions on the subject and a predominance
of approaches with cuts on acupuncture and phytotherapy, which include beneficial
results to health.
