O CRITÉRIO DE SENCIÊNCIA DOS ANIMAIS HUMANOS E NÃO HUMANOS E SUA CONDIÇÃO COMO “SUJEITO DE DIREITO”
O presente trabalho é uma revisão bibliográfica usando diversos autores que pleiteiam a tese em relação a senciência e a condição “Sujeito de Direito”. A problemática do tema é a metodologia dos critérios acerca da senciência em animais humanos e não humanos, e ainda entender a premissa de um “sujeito de direito”.

Abstract:
The present work is a bibliographic review using several authors who plead the thesis in relation to sentience and the condition “Subject of Right”. The problematic of the theme is the methodology of the criteria about sentience in human and non-human animals, and also to understand the premise of a “Subject of Right”.
