O CONTEXTO EDUCACIONAL DE SALINAS-MG NA DÉCADA DE 1950: “MEU PAI CHEGOU A COMBINAR TUDO PARA ME MANDAR ESTUDAR FORA[...]”
O espaço é o quadro de referência da memória e se movimenta a partir dela. Ele está estritamente relacionado com a experiência de cada um, já que as memórias são localizadas e situadas nos grupos de convivências e nas convivências em grupos. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender e analisar o contexto social e educacional a partir da criação e do desenvolvimento de atividades escolares do Instituto Nossa Senhora Aparecida, uma escola confessional, na cidade de Salinas-MG, na década de 1950. Para realização desta investigação, utilizamos duas entrevistas realizadas com duas ex-alunas da escola pesquisada a partir do método da História Oral. Pretendeu-se ainda abarcar como a história e memória se cruzam na reconstituição de ações coletivas, vivências e práticas de relações sociais construídas. Essa pesquisa se deu pela interpretação e pelo significado de fontes orais sem desprezar fragmentos da memória encontrados em outras fontes de distintas naturezas, o que pôde viabilizar o entrecruzamento das fontes para melhor apreensão das relações sociais estabelecidas na escola no período supracitado.

Abstract:
Space is the frame of reference of memory and moves from it. It is strictly related to the experience of each one, since the memories are located and situated in the coexistence groups and in the coexistence in groups. Thus, this work aims to undertand and analyse the social and educational contexto from the creation and development of school activities at the Instituto Nossa Senhora Aparecida, a confessional school, in the city of Salinas-MG, in the 1950s. To carry out this investigation, we used two interviews carried out with two former students of the researched school using the Oral History method. It was also intended to cover how history and memory intersect in the reconstitution of collective actions, experiences and practices of social relations built. This research was carried out through the interpretation and meaning of oral sources without neglecting fragments of memory found in other sources of different natures, which made it possible to intertwine the sources for a better understanding of the social relations established in the school in the aforementioned period.
