O CONCEITO DE LIGAÇÃO QUÍMICA NO LIVRO DIDÁTICO
Visto que o livro didático é uma das principais fontes de estudo para professores e estudantes no ensino básico e que o assunto de ligação química é essencial para compreender as propriedades da matéria, bem como outros conteúdos de química subsequentes, este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a abordagem do conteúdo de ligação química nos livros didáticos Vivá Química (NOVAES; ANTUNES, 2016) e Química 1 (CISCATO et al., 2016), ambos aprovados no PNLD 2018. Para tanto, analisou-se os livros levando em consideração os seguintes aspectos: conceito de ligação química; definição dos tipos de ligação química; critérios utilizados para classificar o tipo de ligação formada entre átomos e o estudo das teorias de ligação química. Os resultados da análise indicam que os livros não apresentam uma abordagem que favoreça o ensino significativo de conceitos, modelos e linguagem científica adequada para o ensino de ligação química.

Abstract:
Since the textbook is one of the main sources of study for teachers and students in basic education and the subject of chemical bonding is essential to understand the properties of matter, as well as other subsequent chemistry contents, this work aims to analyze the approach of chemical bonding content in textbooks Vivá Química (NOVAES; ANTUNES, 2016) and Química 1 (CISCATO et al., 2016), both approved in PNLD 2018. Therefore, the books were analyzed taking into account the following aspects: concept of chemical bonding; definition of the types of chemical bonding; criterion used to classify the type of bond formed between atoms and the study of chemical bonding theories. The results of the analysis indicate that the books do not present an approach that favors the significant teaching of concepts, models and scientific language suitable for the teaching of chemical bonding.
