O COMÉRCIO, COMO ELEMENTO DA PROPOSTA KANTIANA, FAVORECENDO A PAZ PERPÉTUA NA SOCIEDADE INTERNACIONAL
Este texto discorrerá sobre a apropriação da filosofia kantiana, no contexto das Relações Internacionais e das Nações Unidas, entre os povos e a paz mundial, após as duas grandes guerras. Entende-se aqui que a vinculação de política e reforma na teoria Kantiana, contém um compromisso com a compensação de reivindicações econômicas, sociais e jurídicas, cuja dinâmica já era visível em fins do século XVIII.
Os escritos de Immanuel de Kant não apenas atuaram no desenvolvimento do direito das gentes moderno como ainda estão incrivelmente atualizados. Este artigo tem como propósito especial, fazer uma análise sobre do impacto do comércio na relação entre as nações, favorecendo a paz mundial, como elemento da proposta kantiana. Para tanto, outros pensadores serão mencionados, afim de esclarecer diversos pontos de vista contraditórios ou não ao viés mercantilista dessa proposta.

Abstract:
This text will discuss the appropriation of Kantian philosophy, in the context of International Relations and the United Nations, between peoples and world peace, after the two great wars. It is understood here that the bond between politics and reform in the Kantian theory,
contains a compromise with the compensation of economic, social and legal claims, whose dynamics was already visible in the late eighteenth century.
The writings of Immanuel de Kant not only acted in the development of the law of the modern people but they are still incredibly updated. This article has the special purpose of analyzing the impact of trade on the relationship between nations, favoring world peace, as an element of the Kantian proposal. Therefore, other thinkers will be mentioned, in order to clarify several contradictory points of view or not to the mercantilist bias of this proposal.
