O CINEMA ENQUANTO FENÔMENO FOMENTADOR DA INTEGRAÇÃO ENTRE A PSICOLOGIA, FILOSOFIA E O DIREITO
O presente artigo objetiva analisar o comportamento humano em dois episódios distintos do seriado “Black Mirror”, utilizando-se de conceitos filosóficos. Far-se-ão análises teóricas de dois episódios que bem evidenciam o comportamento humano, relacionando-os aos ideais de Arthur Schopenhauer e de Baruch Espinosa, bem como será apresentada a contextualização do comportamento dos personagens em cada um dos episódios às ideias filosóficas. Ainda, estas análises serão relacionadas à psicologia jurídica, a fim de demonstrar a grande importância da reflexão, do senso crítico e do estudo do comportamento humano no âmbito do Direito, como também a íntima relação existente entre psicologia, filosofia e Direito. Por fim, será feita a conclusão do artigo, expondo as considerações finais sobre todo o conteúdo explanado.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze human behavior in two distinct episodes of the series "Black Mirror", using philosophical concepts. There will be theoretical analyzes of two episodes that well evidence human behavior, relating them to the ideals of Arthur Schopenhauer and Baruch Espinosa, as well as the contextualization of the behavior of the characters in each episode to philosophical ideas. Moreover, these analyzes will be related to legal psychology, in order to demonstrate the great importance of reflection, criticism and the study of human behavior in the scope of Law, as well as the close relationship between psychology, philosophy and law. Finally, the conclusion of the article will be made, presenting the final considerations on all the content explained.
