O CICLO DE ALFABETIZAÇÃO, O PNAIC E A NOVA VERSÃO DA BNCC: ENTRE TENSÕES E DESAFIOS
O presente texto faz parte de
uma pesquisa de doutorado em andamento
que investiga a implementação do ciclo de
alfabetização no cotidiano escolar e as relações
imbricadas entre ciclos, currículo, avaliação e
formação de professores. A pesquisa tem sido
desenvolvida na rede municipal de Duque
de Caxias, no estado do Rio de Janeiro, que
mantém esta organização desde a década
de 90. Neste trabalho, por meio da trajetória
da implementação do Pacto Nacional pela
Alfabetização na Idade Certa (PNAIC) no
município,discutimos os possíveis caminhos
na defesa do ciclo de alfabetização como
possibilidade de garantir o percurso dos
alunos, sem interrupções, ao longo dos três
primeiros anos do ensino fundamental e a
implementação da nova Base Nacional Comum
Curricular (BNCC) que desconfigura o ciclo
de alfabetização expressado pelo PNAIC em
seus documentos iniciais, quando preconiza a
alfabetização das crianças nos dois primeiros
anos do ensino fundamental.

Abstract:
The present text is part of
the doctoral research being conducted that
investigates the implementation of the literacy
cycle in daily school life and the relationships
between cycles, curriculum, evaluation and
teacher training. The research has been
developed in the municipal network of Duque de
Caxias, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, which has
maintained this organization since the 90s. In
this text, through the path implementation of the
National Pact for Literacy at Proper Age (PNAIC)
in the municipality, we have discussed the
possible ways of defending the literacy cycle as
a possibility to ensure the pathway of students
throughout the first three years of elementary
education and the implementation of the new
National Curriculum Common Core (BNCC),
which deconfigures the Literacy cycle expressed
by the PNAIC in its first documents, when it
prescribes the literacy of children in the first two
years of elementary school.
