O CASO COMUNIDAD GARÍFUNA TRIUNFO DE LA CRUZ VS HONDURAS E O POTENCIAL EMANCIPATÓRIO JUNTO A CORTE INTERAMERICANA DE DIREITOS HUMANOS
A partir da concepção de ativismo jurídico transnacional junto à Corte IDH como uma mobilização em prol dos direitos humanos, e de natureza emancipatória, o objetivo do trabalho é analisar a sentença publicada sobre o Caso da Comunidade Garífuna Triunfo de la Cruz, que envolve o movimento quilombola junto a Corte IDH, bem como, os direitos por ela reconhecidos. Com isso, propõe-se uma abordagem histórica do movimento quilombola, suas conquistas e desafios na efetivação de seus direitos e uma análise do potencial dessa mobilização junto Corte IDH como um espaço efetivo de promoção, proteção e reconhecimento de direitos fundamentais ao povo quilombola, adotando-se uma concepção descolonizada sobre os temas.

Abstract:
From the conception of transnational legal activism before the HDI Court as a mobilization in favor of human rights, and of an emancipatory nature, the objective of this paper is to analyze the published judgment on the Case of the Garifuna Triunfo de la Cruz Community, which involves the movement. quilombola with the HDI Court, as well as the rights recognized by it. Thus, it proposes a historical approach of the quilombola movement, its achievements and challenges in the realization of its rights and an analysis of the potential of this mobilization with the HDI Court as an effective space for the promotion, protection and recognition of fundamental rights for the quilombola people, adopting a decolonized conception of the themes.
