O CAPITAL ENCURRALADO
O capital está em busca de uma nova adequação à sua condição lógica de produção de valor, uma vez que a crise estrutural do sistema encontra seu ponto de inflexão dado pelas novas condições de produção, em que a ciência, como forma material do capital, introduz a contradição insolúvel por meio do aumento da produção e a substituição da força de trabalho. A burguesia se vê, portanto, numa encruzilhada histórica ao queimar as mediações institucionais e provocar o impasse sobre os estados-nacionais e sua constituição objetiva. A economia mundial, por meio de seu sistema financeiro, dá sinais de que não é mais possível extrair mais-valor a partir da exploração do tempo excedente da força de trabalho e neste momento, o sistema entra numa fase inercial de sua própria condição, o valor despenca com o aumento forma objetiva da ciência que é a tecnologia que não pode ser freada sob pena de os concorrentes serem destruídos no mercado. Por conseguinte, o impasse se dá em torno das funções dos estados-nacionais e suas fronteiras.

Abstract:
Capital is in search of a new adaptation to its logical condition of production of value, since the structural crisis of the system finds its point of inflection given by the new conditions of production, in which science, as a material form of capital, introduces the insoluble contradiction by increasing production and replacing the workforce. The bourgeoisie, therefore, finds itself at a historical crossroads by burning institutional mediations and provoking the impasse over national states and their objective constitution. The world economy, through its financial system, shows that it is no longer possible to extract more value from the exploitation of the surplus labor time, and at this moment the system enters an inertial phase of its own condition, the value plunges with the objective increase of science that is technology that cannot be restrained under penalty of competitors being destroyed in the market. Therefore, the impasse occurs around the functions of national states and their borders.
