O BAIRRO COMO UM DOS LÓCUS DE SUSTENTABILIDADE URBANA: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
A sustentabilidade urbana tornou-se
uma ideia muito discutida nos últimos anos, com
crescente utilização no segmento de gestão
e planejamento urbanos, apesar da ausência
de consenso sobre o tema. Nesse contexto,
o estudo objetivou analisar a literatura sobre
bairro como um dos lócus de sustentabilidade
urbana, obtida da SciELO, ScienceDirect e
Scopus, com vistas à sistematização das
principais obras e contribuições para futuros
estudos. A metodologia foi fundamentada em
buscas online nas bases SciELO, Scopus e
Science Direct, em que foram selecionados
21 artigos entre os anos de 2000 e 2017. Os
resultados evidenciam que a literatura é ainda
incipiente em relação ao tema sustentabilidade
de bairros, possibilitando o desenvolvimento de
novas pesquisas e discussões

Abstract:
Urban sustainability has become
a much discussed idea in the last years, with
a growing use in the management and urban
planning segment, despite the lack of consensus
on the subject. In this context, the study aimed
to analyze the neighborhood as one of the
locus of urban sustainability, obtained from
SciELO, ScienceDirect and Scopus, in order to
systematize the main works and contributions
for future studies. A methodology was founded
on online searches at the SciELO, Scopus and
Science Direct bases, in which 21 articles were
selected between the years 2000 and 2017. The
results show that the literature is still incipient
in relation to the theme of neighborhood
sustainability, enabling the development of new
research and discussions
