O AUTORRETRATO NA POESIA PORTUGUESA: OS SONETOS HOMÔNIMOS “EU”, DE FLORBELA ESPANCA
O presente artigo tem como tema o autorretrato poético, ou seja, o retrato do próprio poeta e eu lírico realizado por meio do texto poético. Já nosso corpus, como indica o título, é constituído por dois sonetos de Florbela Espanca que têm o mesmo nome: “Eu”. O primeiro integra a produção de estreia da escritora portuguesa, Livro de mágoas. O segundo, por sua vez, faz parte da publicação póstuma Charneca em flor. Objetivamos, assim, investigar o tema do autorretrato poético nos sonetos selecionados. Para tanto, pautamo-nos, para tratar de questões relativas ao retrato poético, no artigo “O autorretrato em Literatura: ilustração e ruína”, de Eunice Ribeiro. Também trataremos de fragmentos da tese de doutoramento Autorretratos na poesia portuguesa do século XX, de Teresa Pinto da Rocha Jorge Ferreira.

Abstract:
This article has as its theme the poetic self-portrait, that is, the portrait of the poet himself and the lyrical self realized through the poetic text. Our corpus, as the title indicates, consists of two sonnets by Florbela Espanca that have the same name: “Eu”. The first is part of the debut production by the Portuguese writer, Livro de Mágoas. The second, in turn, is part of the posthumous publication Charneca em flor. Thus, we aim to investigate the topic of poetic self-portrait in the selected sonnets. For that, we guided ourselves, to deal with questions related to the poetic portrait, in the article “O autorretrato em Literatura: ilustração e ruína”, by Eunice Ribeiro and we will deal with fragments of the doctoral thesis Autorretratos na poesia portuguesa do século XX, by Teresa Pinto da Rocha Jorge Ferreira.
