O AUDIOVISUAL E A PRODUÇÃO INDEPENDENTE PARA TELEVISÃO NO BRASIL
O artigo tem como objetivo descrever
o Programa de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento do
Audiovisual Brasileiro (Prodav). Para tanto,
situa o Programa no contexto do Fundo Setorial
do Audiovisual (FSA), da Agência Nacional
do Cinema (Ancine), dos agentes financeiros
e da Lei no. 12.485/2011. Na perspectiva de
compreender como o Prodav se configurou ao
longo dos anos e qual a sua contribuição para
a produção, desenvolvimento e distribuição
de conteúdo audiovisual independente para
o mercado de televisão, foi realizada uma
análise documental. Com base no Plano de
Diretrizes e Metas para o Audiovisal (2013),
Regulamento Geral do Prodav (2104) e
resultados das Chamadas Públicas de 2008 a
2013, apresenta-se o quantitativo comparativo
de obras selecionadas, investimentos e
ampliação do Programa no referido período.

It places the Program in the context of the Audiovisual Sectorial Fund (FSA), the National Cinema Agency (Ancine), financial agents and the law no.12.485/2011. In the perspective of understanding how Prodav has been configured over the years and what is its contribution to the production, development and distribution of independent audiovisual content for the television market, a documentary analysis was carried out. Based on the Guidelines and Goals Plan for Audiovisual (2013), Prodav’s General Regulations (2104) and results of Public Calls from 2008 to 2013, the comparative quantification of selected audiovisual productions, investments and expansion of the Program in that period is presented.
