O ATO INFRACIONAL E AS MEDIDAS SOCIOEDUCATIVAS NA CONTEMPORANEIDADE
A reestruturação da economia
capitalista busca superar as crises do capital
nas relações entre classes em um ambiente
complexo e contraditório. Neste cenário, o
Estado implanta e executa ações com cunho
protetivo e preventivo para combater a prática
do ato infracional realizada por adolescente
entre 12 e 18 anos incompletos. À vista disso,
esse texto pretende contribuir na reflexão,
no debate e no engajamento da população
frente à política social, face ao crescente
número de adolescentes inseridos no sistema
socioeducativo. Ora, os atos normativos
decretados foram e são importantes para a
política social, mas são necessárias ações
concretas para reduzir a desigualdade
social e fortalecer a cidadania na sociedade
contemporânea.

Abstract:
The restructuring of the capitalist
economy seeks to overcome the crises of
capital in class relations in a complex and
contradictory environment. In this scenario, the
State implements and executes protective and
preventive actions to combat the practice of the
infraction performed by adolescents between
12 and 18 years old. In view of this, this text
intends to contribute to the reflection, debate
and engagement of the population in the face
of social policy, given the growing number of
adolescents inserted in the socio-educational
system. Now, the normative acts enacted were
and are important for social policy, but concrete
actions are needed to reduce social inequality
and strengthen citizenship in contemporary
society.
